Reboot Circles for All Leaders are lovingly fierce communities within which you can learn how to take your seat as a leader. They are for leaders looking for a safe space to examine your work and your life with a group of peers of diverse backgrounds and cross-functional roles who know what you’re going through. Whatever your role/function happens to be (Engineering, Product, Marketing, HR/People Ops, Sales, etc.), we’ve got a group for you!
Groups are launched quarterly, and membership is offered to the first six qualified and curated members.
A Cross Functional Leadership Group
This is your opportunity to connect to Reboot’s broader community: people like you who are committed to a new way of work. In this group you’ll connect with folks from a variety of roles, across a variety of organizations, giving you an opportunity to learn from a diverse mix of peers. Maybe you’ve experienced the challenges of communicating and collaborating across functional lines in your organization, and you’d like to get better at it. Or, perhaps you simply realize the value of seeing the world through someone else’s perspective. Our Cross Functional Circles for Startup Leader bring together leaders from across the organizational spectrum to pursue the shared goal of inside-out leadership development.
To apply for this group, you should:
Days and meeting times to be set by each group facilitator prior to launch.
Group meets virtually (video conference), twice a month, for 1.5 hours each meeting.
Participation costs $595/month.
