We came together under the auspices of relieving suffering at work in the name of authentic leadership. This is our calculus:

Practical Skills + Radical Self-inquiry + Shared Experiences =
Enhanced Leadership + Greater Resiliency

Ali Schultz

ali“To be fully human in a very digital age is the key to conscious startups. There is a better way to be at work in which we’re connected to our truest selves and really lit up with a sense of joy. I call it ‘business unusual,’ where our work flows with ease, not stress, in accordance with our inner wisdom. There’s an ache for this in the workplace today.”

As a creative conspirator, Ali has helped many individuals and organizations bring their ideas to life with clarity and grace. She believes that self discovery positively influences the bottom line and that learning to relax is the key to productivity. As an artist and coach, she inspires others to tap their creativity, courage and inner resources and be leaders in their own life. She’s been known to work miracles and curate experiences that shake your soul awake. She tweets @manifestcookies.

Dan Putt

dan“Helping others find the opportunity – for joy, excitement, beauty – and growth within the wild roller coaster ride of entrepreneurship fuels my passion for this work. After all, the goal isn’t to avoid the bumps, it’s to keep our eyes open and our hands up.”

Dan strives to help others bring their best, most full self to every moment. As an entrepreneur four times over, Dan has experienced the ups, downs and terrifying free falls that accompany the startup life. When he arrived in NYC at age 24, he was in search of “the map,” the inside info he needed to find that roller coaster that only went up. It was indeed inside information he found within himself to enjoy the wild ride of entrepreneurship, and it’s the passion for that discovery that he shares with others in their entrepreneurial lives.

When Dan’s not meeting with interesting people or wondering how to support more people in their own journey, you’ll find him curled up with a good read, talking about current weather patterns, or enjoying his family and long walks with his wife, newborn daughter, and puppy. Find him on the twitters @danputt.
